My career in psychology began in 2013 at the University of Brasília, and since then, I have dedicated myself to delving deeper into Jungian psychotherapy. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work in the psychosocial area, dealing with complex demands in the public network. As part of my training, I became a specialist in Adult and Elderly Mental Health through the FEPECS/ESCS residency program.

A year abroad enriched my perspective and allowed me to obtain the Cambridge CAE certificate, enabling services in Portuguese and English. I am currently in a postgraduate phase at the Dédalus Institute of Analytical Psychology, where the study of Jung's psychology is approached with scientific and epistemological rigor.

Over the years, my professional practice has involved addressing complex issues, from mental and personality disorders to crisis interventions and problematic substance use, including contexts of social vulnerability. I always emphasize the social context, as well as gender and race dimensions in my services.

My goal is to create an environment of welcoming and authentic listening, where clients feel comfortable sharing what they often don't feel safe discussing elsewhere. Together, we seek to understand your individual, family and social history, and how this relates to the challenges you face today. With a Jungian approach, I seek to establish a connection with the unconscious, unveiling patterns and complexes that may be the cause of current anguish and suffering. Furthermore, I look for creative solutions that emerge from the dialogue between the conscious and the unconscious, directing the psychic journey in the face of adversity.

My practice also incorporates techniques for analyzing dreams, breathing and mindfulness, and I am interested in the topic of religiosity and spirituality, having published a recent article on the subject, which can be accessedhere. I am committed to offering holistic support and promoting the well-being of my clients, based on a solid academic background and practical experience.
